Coverage

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India via Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch
Rest of India: 5–7 business days from dispatch
Remote pincodes: up to 10 business days from dispatch

These estimates are provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, strikes, or force majeure events.

Orders above ₹999 — Free
Orders below ₹999 — ₹49 flat

Order tracking

Tracking information is added to your order as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. Track via the Track your order page.

Failed / undelivered orders

If the courier is unable to deliver after three attempts or due to an incorrect address, the parcel is returned to us (RTO). We'll reach out to arrange redelivery; re-shipping may cost ₹49.

Damage in transit

Report parcels received in a damaged condition within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page with clear photos.
