When refunds apply
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Item damaged or defective on arrival (reported within 48 hours with photos)
- Wrong item shipped
- Order cancelled by us before dispatch
- Undeliverable pincode / RTO not resolvable via redelivery
For change-of-mind, we offer exchange instead of refund.
Refund timelines
- Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method (online payment coming soon).
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI / bank transfer within 5–7 business days of approval.
How to request
Write to us via the Contact page with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). Our team confirms eligibility within 24 hours.
