Here's how exchanges and returns work at Uii Maa.
Exchange window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for the same product in a different variant, or for another product of equal value. Requests raised after 7 days can't be processed.
Earrings — hygiene note
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged if the seal is intact and the product is unworn. Worn earrings won't qualify for exchange.
What isn't eligible
- Products marked "Final sale"
- Items received more than 7 days ago
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags
- Freebies and gift-with-purchase items
How to raise a request
- Head to the Contact page and share your order number + reason.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share a reverse pickup or self-ship address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange is dispatched within 3–4 business days.
Damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry! Send us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery via Contact and we'll sort it out on priority — free of charge.
